You define the roadmap and drive it to completion. Lead Stakeholder Communication: Be the connective tissue between data and decision-making. You will structure and lead regular business reviews with Operations Managers and senior leadership, translating complex analyses into clear narratives and concrete recommendations. Drive Partner Performance Reviews: Own the cadence of performance reviews with internal and external partners. You don't just present numbers - you frame the conversation, address service-level gaps, and hold the room accountable for follow-through. Scale with AI & Automation: Develop services and leverage AI-driven workflows to eliminate manual reporting and scale operational processes - with a clear eye on where automation creates the most leverage. Deep-Dive Analysis: Use BigQuery (SQL) to navigate complex operational datasets and uncover the "why" behind inefficiencies. Your analysis is the foundation every project is built on.
