Deine Rolle im Team With your enthusiasm for technical support, you will assist the Infrastructure team offer first and second-level support for end-users, including diagnosing and resolving software and hardware-related problems. Support with the preparation the hardware for your colleagues, and provide support for all equipment, including seamless setup and configuration (On- and Offboarding). You will develop, write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and procedures for an improved and streamlined user experience. In addition, you will provide technical training to employees and support our knowledge sharing within our innovative organization. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Qualifikationen Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master in Technology, or an equivalent field) with an availability of at least one year. A customer oriented attitude and good communication skills with the ability to communicate/solve technical issues also for colleagues without technical knowledge. You are passionate about technology. Fluency in English and German. Erfahrung First experience with Operating Systems, Cloud Software and Hardware, as well as basic knowledge of networks and network security would be a plus!
