Deine Rolle im Team *User-Experience* - You analyze project requirements and create interactions and unique user experiences trough design, prototyping and storytelling. *Conception* - As the head of project teams you consider the interactions of people with complex systems, software or services and create prototypes with different levels of detail to make concepts tangible. *Design Methods* - You will work in multidisciplinary project teams to support customers in solving complex problems trough human and plant-centric design methods and to create groundbreaking experiences, services and products. *Quality* - You ensure the quality of your work in line with customer requirements, but you also like to question the latter from time to time in order to offer our customers the best possible solution. *Sustainable Innovator* - As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will constantly shape and develop our offering Sustainable Innovator. *Empowerment* - We don't believe in coincidences. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Ausbildung You are holding a degree in Design or are a career changer with relevant professional experience and have a broad knowledge of hardware /software overlaps, digital product design, experience design and service design. Qualifikationen Ideally, you have expertise in one or more of our following skills like Visual Design, Industrial Design, Motion Design, Data Visualization, Business Design, Workshop Facilitation, Strategic Design, Coding / Software Development, Hardware / Software. From user research to synthesis and conception to the design of digital interfaces or new service offers - you know the relevant methods and are confident in using them. Also Wireframes, User & Process Flows, Mockups, MVPs and Prototypes are familiar to you. You master the common Design- / Prototyping-Tools like Sketch, Adobe, Figma, etc.. You are goal- and result-oriented and love to constantly learn new things and improve your skills. You are reflective and can communicate your ideas well. Fluent German and conversational English skills are a must due to our project business.
