Deine Rolle im Team As teamlead, you manage, mentor and support our Business Central Analyst team to achieve defined goals. Your leadership will inspire and empower team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. By effectively distributing tasks among team members, setting realistic deadlines and overseeing day-to-day operations, you will ensure smooth and efficient operations in your team. You are the central contact person for your team and take on both professional and disciplinary leadership tasks. Through creating a positive work environment and coaching individuals, you support the team members in their development and maintain a productive and harmonious team dynamic. Regularly, you evaluate team performance against predefined metrics to make informed decisions and contribute to data-driven improvements. You are in constant exchange with project managers, business analysts and software testers to ensure projects are executed smoothly and successfully. You support the team in analysis, development tasks and other occurring projects.
