Deine Rolle im Team Operate & evolve the Microsoft core: Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and internal PKI. Secure identity & access: Microsoft Entra ID (RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA), hybrid identity (Entra Connect), PIM, ADFS, and modern SSO standards. Enable modern endpoints & collaboration: Intune (MDM/iOS/Android), Exchange Online (incl. hybrid), Microsoft Teams (Teams Phone/Operator Connect), SharePoint Online, OneDrive. Ensure reliable email, networking & security: End-to-end mail flow and encryption, public DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), Defender for Endpoint & Office 365, Zero Trust controls. Protect data & continuity: Veeam backups for Microsoft 365, disaster recovery planning, restore testing, and participation in security incident response. Automate & standardize operations: PowerShell, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, WSUS patching, and high-quality documentation. Erfahrung Several years of experience as a system administrator in a Microsoft-centric environment. Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Intune.
