High degree of autonomy in the definition of test concepts and the resolution of complex, non-standard test challenges. Responsibility for the further development of existing test approaches and solution patterns. Definition and representation of test strategies and test designs, including alignment with internal and external stakeholders. Development and execution of software tests using modern programming languages, test frameworks and environments. Planning, coordination and evaluation of complex test activities, including functional, performance and safety-related tests. Analysis and interpretation of test results, including derivation and tracking of corrective actions. Contribution to test automation and quality assurance concepts, including regression and performance testing. Collaboration with development, system and project teams to ensure end-to-end software quality. Continuous improvement of test processes, methods and tools, with a strong focus on automation and efficiency. Creation, documentation and communication of test results and recommendations. Erfahrung Several years of professional experience in software testing, preferably in embedded software environments for battery management systems. Hands-on experience in testing complex software systems, ideally including safety-relevance of resource-constrained systems. Experience in analyzing complex software issues and further developing existing solution approaches. Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborating in interdisciplinary, international teams. Experience in representing test solutions towards customers and suppliers. Experience in functional guidance or mentoring.
