Deine Rolle im Team As a Website Analyst, you are the analytical backbone of our online shop. You know how to generate not just reports, but real growth levers from vast amounts of data. You work directly at the interface between Business, Marketing, and Product, ensuring that every decision is based on valid data. At IONOS, you will actively help shape the future of the hosting and cloud business. You are responsible for the holistic analysis of the customer journey in our online shop and define the KPIs by which we measure our success. You deliver more than just raw numbers-you provide 'actionable insights.' You identify friction points in the funnel and derive concrete optimization recommendations for E-commerce Management. You act as a sparring partner for our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team, provide statistically sound support for A/B tests, and evaluate their impact on CLV (Customer Lifetime Value). Together with Data Engineering, you ensure precise tracking (client- & server-side) and maintain the highest data quality in a post-cookie era. You prepare complex analyses for management (department heads) so that they serve as a well-founded basis for decision-making. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Qualifikationen You are intimately familiar with common tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Matomo). You have a deep understanding of attribution models, customer journeys, and web technologies (HTML, JS, CSS). You are not satisfied with the status quo. You question data critically and have the drive to proactively improve processes. You can communicate complex issues precisely and convincingly in both German and English. Erfahrung You have several years (5+) of experience in the field of Web Analytics or Digital Analytics, ideally in a high-traffic e-commerce environment or with a SaaS provider. SQL is a standard for you, and we require experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
