Deine Rolle im Team We are on the lookout for a Senior Workday Integrations Specialist to join the People Systems team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and automations using REST, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and Orchestrate. Build and automate end-to-end workflows connecting Workday with Slack, leveraging tools such as n8n or Make to improve operational efficiency and employee experience. Develop AI-enabled or agent-based automations where applicable, using scripting and orchestration frameworks. Work on AI / ML-driven use cases (e.g. agents, intelligent workflows, data processing) and, where AI is not applicable, contribute through Workday integrations, workflow automation, and system orchestration. Provide support to existing Workday integrations, resolve complex integration issues, and recommend technical improvements. Create and maintain custom Workday reports involving complex calculated fields to support integrations and automation. Partner with functional consultants to configure, test, and deploy integrations overlapping with business process design. Ensure HR systems and integrations are documented, compliant, and aligned with HR strategies and local regulatory requirements. Erfahrung 5+ years of experience in software engineering, scripting, automation, or integrations. Strong hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and webhooks. Experience designing and building system-to-system integrations and automation workflows, Slack-based workflows or bots. Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or similar platforms. Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI / ML concepts or tools (e.g. LLMs, agents, AI APIs, orchestration frameworks). Experience with Web Services and APIs (REST, SOAP, WSDL, WS standards).
