Deine Rolle im Team As a Senior Network Administrator at inducio GmbH, you will work on modern IT and network environments and play a key role in establishing and developing stable, secure, and high-performance infrastructures. You will work closely with various departments and customers, contributing your technical expertise and driving projects forward independently. You will play an active role in shaping the future, take on responsibility, and maintain an overview of complex networks, systems, and security architectures. Administration and further development of complex network and IT infrastructures. Planning, implementation, and operation of firewall, WLAN, VPN, and routing solutions. Troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization. Collaboration on customer projects and close cooperation with other departments. Documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of existing systems. Responsibility for IT security and compliance with relevant regulations. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Qualifikationen Confident use of VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPN, WLAN, and network monitoring. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset - 'get-it-done' mentality. Ability to take responsibility independently and drive projects forward. Understanding of IT security & data protection (at least basic level). Good communication and documentation skills. Work permit for Germany. Knowledge of automation/scripting (e.g., Python, API, Bash). Certificates such as CCNA/CCNP (Cisco), CAT/CAP (Allied Telesis) or comparable qualifications. Interest in long-term development - technical & organizational. Enthusiasm for new technologies and modern security concepts. Strong analytical skills. Erfahrung Several years of experience as a network administrator (IT/network environments).
