Deine Rolle im Team Design, develop, and maintain robust Java/Spring (Boot) applications, taking full ownership from initial concept through to production deployment and maintenance. Automate the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and build robust, secure CI/CD pipelines. Implement and enhance comprehensive observability to monitor application performance, ensure system health, and rapidly troubleshoot issues in a distributed environment. Mentor and coach other engineers in modern software engineering practices, including clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions within our hybrid cloud and on-premise environment. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Ausbildung A university degree in a technological or scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent proven work experience. Qualifikationen Proven, hands-on expertise in automating infrastructure and deployments using IaC tools like Terraform and CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions. Erfahrung Extensive professional experience within the Java ecosystem (Spring/Spring Boot, Maven, etc.), a passion for software craftsmanship, and a collaborative spirit with a desire to mentor others. Strong practical skills in application monitoring and observability, with experience using tools such as New Relic, Prometheus, or instrumenting applications with OpenTelemetry. Significant experience with a major cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform is a strong plus) and a deep understanding of building and maintaining distributed microservices; familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, or Big Data technologies is a plus.
