Deine Rolle im Team You will design, build and evolve backend and frontend systems that power our digital health platform, contributing across multiple services and domains while taking ownership of features end-to-end. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex applications, ideally in Sass environment. Ensure the quality and performance of the codebase through code reviews and best practices. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features. Drive the integration of frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless user experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Contribute to the architecture and technical initiatives, shaping systems and ways of working. Leverage AI tools and develop AI-powered solutions to enhance development efficiency and problem-solving. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Onboard new engineers and promote agile methodologies within the team. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Qualifikationen Solid understanding of state management and data flow in complex applications. A focus on maintainable, well-structured, and testable code. Familiarity with testing practices (e.g. E2E or integration testing). Proficiency with frameworks such as Spring Boot or similar backend technologies. Deep understanding of APIs and client-server communication. Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or similar) and backend system deployment. Proficiency with version control (e.g. Git) and advanced development workflows. In-depth knowledge of CI/CD or DevOps concepts. Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code. A proactive mindset with motivation to lead and innovate as a fullstack engineer. Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative attitude. Openness to modern development practices and evolving workflows, including AI-assisted development. Erfahrung Minimum 5 years experience building applications with React using TypeScript/JavaScript. Experience with API integration and asynchronous data handling. Attention to developer experience, code quality, and tooling. Minimum 5 years experience with backend development in Java. We also use TypeScript/JavaScript as a part of our tech stack. Strong experience with databases (e.g. SQL, relational databases). Solid experience with agile methodologies.
