Job Zusammenfassung In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für das Facilitieren agiler Zeremonien, die Förderung von Verbesserungsprozessen, die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Owner sowie das Coaching von Teams, um diese optimal zu unterstützen und ihre Leistung zu steigern. Job Zusammenfassung In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für das Facilitieren agiler Zeremonien, die Förderung von Verbesserungsprozessen, die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Owner sowie das Coaching von Teams, um diese optimal zu unterstützen und ihre Leistung zu steigern. Deine Rolle im Team Facilitate core agile ceremonies, enabling transparency, alignment, and clear delivery outcomes. Drive continuous improvement using flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, WIP, Throughput) to support data-informed decisions. Identify, remove, or escalate impediments impacting team flow, collaboration, or delivery focus. Partner closely with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy backlog and clear sprint objectives. Act as an agile coach, fostering psychological safety, ownership, and sustainable ways of working. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Qualifikationen Strong practical understanding of flow metrics and using data to enable meaningful improvement conversations. Confidence designing and delivering workshops and training to upskill teams and stakeholders. Erfahrung Several years' experience as a Scrum Master working with cross-functional agile teams (Scrum and/or Kanban). Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with experience across different levels of agile maturity. A servant-leadership mindset, strong communication skills, and experience with agile tooling (e.g. Jira).
