Deine Rolle im Team You drive the frontend Customer App onboarding experience from registration to loyalty enrollment ensuring a fast and frictionless setup reflecting SIXT's premium brand. You maintain and enhance the identity verification and enrichment funnel with third-party SDK updates and fraud prevention frameworks. You stay updated on app platform capabilities and integrate new technologies like biometric authentication and digital driver's licenses. You collaborate closely with backend teams to align on APIs, data contracts and ensure end-to-end consistency across features. You define and track key KPIs such as app engagement, onboarding conversion and enrollment rates to prioritize and report progress. You work cross-functionally to coordinate discovery, concept definition and delivery in a shared team environment. You have a keen eye for UX and can provide structured feedback translating requirements into smooth user flows. You navigate complex cross-team collaboration with clarity and alignment focus. You are data-driven, AI-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to validate and iterate concepts. Erfahrung You have initial experience in product management, preferably with consumer-facing mobile apps. You manage data privacy and compliance pragmatically without compromising customer experience.
