Deine Rolle im Team As a Network Design Specialist (m/f/d), you will be part of a global team responsible for creating technical network design documentation for onshore wind farms worldwide. The Network Design Specialist reports directly to the Group Lead IT Network Design & Configuration within the Global Project Management Department 'IT Network, Security & Access'. Design and implement solutions based on customer requirements for Nordex onshore wind park projects, following corporate network standards and components. Collaborate effectively with Network Architects, Project Engineers, and the Documentation team. Update and maintain network drawings throughout all project phases: preparation, configuration, and installation. Ensure compliance with Nordex corporate standards for network design. Create configuration designs for network components such as switches, routers, firewalls, sensors, and customer-specific options. Support process and design clarification in collaboration with Project Engineering colleagues. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Ausbildung Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Qualifikationen Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented and excellent communication skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong intercultural competence and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Erfahrung 1-3 years of relevant professional experience combined with CCNA certification and proficiency in drawing tools such as Microsoft Visio and strong knowledge of communication protocols. Experience in IT/OT network configuration, including IP concepts, firewalls, and port management. Experience providing technical support to colleagues and users across various levels.
