Deine Rolle im Team Operate and refine automated monitoring workflows to ensure stability and predictability of real-time data streams, reference data, system interfaces, and emergency processes. Use intelligent anomaly-detection tools to reduce manual checks and identify issues early. Oversee and enhance automated market-data distribution pipelines, applying machine-learning-supported quality checks to detect irregularities quickly and safeguard accuracy across all delivery channels. Provide fast, AI-supported functional support for customer inquiries from banks, data vendors, and financial institutions. Use data-driven diagnostics to identify root causes and resolve technical or content-related issues efficiently. Support product rollouts, release cycles, and change-management activities, embedding automation into deployment, testing, and validation processes to increase operational readiness. Drive continuous improvement and process excellence by identifying automation opportunities, reducing manual workload, and using analytics and predictive insights to make workflows faster, cleaner, and more resilient.
