Our teams work collaboratively to build reliable, scalable software that helps our customers operate safely, efficiently, and intelligently. As we continue to expand our AI-driven capabilities, we are looking for a motivated Machine Learning Engineer (all genders) to bring machine learning models into production and enable scalable, high-quality solutions across our platform. Implement machine learning models as scalable backend services following our development and security guidelines. Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to bring models from concept to production. Continuously improve and optimize machine learning models in production. Translate customer requirements into effective and scalable ML solutions. Design and implement secure APIs and backend components. Develop and maintain data access layers (e.g. MS SQL, Elasticsearch). Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security. Contribute to technical specifications and architecture decisions. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Qualifikationen Knowledge of MS SQL and working with large datasets. Solid understanding of software design patterns and data structures. Basic understanding of software security. Team-oriented and comfortable working across disciplines (Data Science, Dev, Product). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. Hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven. Passion for building scalable and high-quality software. Eager to learn and continuously improve. Erfahrung +5 years of experience in Python and backend development (e.g. APIs, services). Experience with machine learning models and their production deployment. Experience with microservices and container-based architectures. Experience with C# is a plus.
