Deine Rolle im Team Design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions. Supporting the transition from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA. Identification of business requirements for new IT solutions and enhancements. Alignment of business processes with IT strategy and architectural requirements. Contribution to the creation of business cases. Development of system specifications and documentation. Driving process improvements. Collaboration with external service providers. Leading system implementations, conducting system tests, and preparing change & release plans. Assisting in the development of training materials. Providing 2nd and 3rd level support, as well as escalation to service providers if necessary. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Ausbildung University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent IT qualification. Qualifikationen Solid technical background with SAP ERP in WM, and MM and SD. Strong knowledge of Solution Delivery Frameworks (Project Management, Change Management, Business Analysis, Software Development, Testing, Implementation). Good understanding of standard and agile software development processes. SAP certifications & EDI interfaces are an advantage. Knowledge of database management (e.g., SQL Server, HANA) is an advantage. Independent working style and strong teamwork skills. Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus. Erfahrung Several years of experience across IT roles, e.g. Business Analyst, Functional Consultant with a progression into Solution Architecture. Experience with ERP migration projects to S/4HANA and Fiori.
