Deine Rolle im Team Lead and mentor a team of data experts to deliver impactful insights and AI solutions. Develop advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical models to optimize manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and drive operational efficiency. Define and implement Deep Learning architectures and strategies creating synergies across data science projects; aligned with business needs. Drive the development and implementation of predictive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable data science projects. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and manufacturing technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Drive the innovation of new technologies & implementation, including NLP, LLMs and Generative AI. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Qualifikationen Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. Strong expertise in machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and predictive modeling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Erfahrung Extensive experience in leading data science teams and delivering impactful projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn). Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
