Deine Rolle im Team Configure, maintain and support the MES systems used in the production environment. Maintain and manage MES-related master data to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. Support production operations by handling unexpected system- or process-related incidents on the production line. Design, implement and maintain rework processes and workflows within the MES system. Support the definition of new product manufacturing processes and continuously improve existing production flows. Perform shopfloor data queries and support data analysis to improve transparency, efficiency and decision-making. Contribute to system optimization and continuous improvement projects related to MES and manufacturing systems. Work closely with production, engineering and IT teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful project execution. Qualifikationen Solid understanding of MES systems and production processes in a manufacturing environment. Ability to analyze production incidents, identify root causes and support effective corrective actions. Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a production environment. Very good English skills, both spoken and written. German knowledge is a plus. Chinese language skills are considered a strong advantage. Erfahrung More than two years of professional experience in manufacturing IT, MES systems or production-related system support. Experience with system configuration, data maintenance and process workflow setup. Basic experience in data querying and analysis to support production and improvement initiatives.
