Deine Rolle im Team Acceptance and coordination of IT support requests (1st level). Support in the operation, maintenance and further development of our IT systems such as Microsoft 365 Cloud, AD DS, VMware by Broadcom. Collaboration in the administration of clients, servers and networks in a Microsoft-based system landscape. Analyzing and rectifying technical faults together as a team. Participation in IT projects and optimization of internal processes. IT support in our sister companies in Eastern Europe. Prospective involvement in the further development and standardization of IT structures at our international locations.
