Deine Rolle im Team Join our team as an IT Support Engineer and help maintain a seamless, secure, and high-performing IT environment. In this role, you will deliver end-to-end IT support and infrastructure management across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, ensuring smooth user operations, secure device lifecycle management, and reliable on-premises systems. Provide 1st-3rd level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. Provision, image, configure, and maintain end-user workstations and notebooks; manage device lifecycles in Microsoft 365 and identity services. Administer user accounts (onboarding/offboarding, access rights, permissions) and resolve identity and authentication issues. Maintain on-premises infrastructure (servers, storage, networking), including monitoring, backup verification, and IT automation workflows. Track incidents, service requests, and escalations via ticketing systems; ensure timely and clear communication with users throughout resolution. Maintain accurate asset and license inventories and contribute to the upkeep of system documentation and knowledge base articles. Strong troubleshooting discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to follow and document technical procedures accurately. Reliable, highly responsive, and proactive learner, comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving IT environment. Ability to escalate out-of-scope technical issues appropriately and collaborate cross-functionally. Erfahrung Prior IT support/helpdesk experience or a relevant internship with hands-on technical exposure.
