Deine Rolle im Team The IT Specialist I is responsible for providing exceptional end user support to the highest level and standards to the business. The position holder will need to prioritize: User requirements Basic break/fix and root cause analysis Life-cycle replacement of devices Performs voice over internet protocol, and network software configuration, desktop engineering including, Windows OS, Mac OS, etc Monitoring and basic troubleshooting of: Network/server/VM infrastructure consisting of Microsoft Windows Server 2012-2019 Active Directory - Users, security groups, adding machines to domain. Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint Cloud-integrated applications for example Hubstor, Rubrik or similar technologies Work with vendors and help to explore new products and ideas Creation of documentation and reports Collaborate with the IT Site Service Team and Global Tech Perform any other reasonable requested duties not necessarily within the scope of this position Makes recommendations for the continuous improvement of IT processes and systems for the betterment of the user experience / elimination of core issues Regularly works in a stationary position; occasionally travel to other sites required Regularly communicates with other employees/customers and must be able to exchange accurate information verbally and in written form. Regularly operates a computer. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the laboratory according to company standards.
