Creation and management of directory infrastructure. Monitoring and assessment of system data, error and reports. Determine areas for improvement and repair. Direct activities of IT technicians / Subcontractors. Develop IT policies and procedures, Service and Operation Level Agreements (SLAs / OLAs) with compliance check. Resolve Help Desk Escalations. Negotiate and compare vendor contracts and determine most advantageous terms. Manage, optimize and monitor updates and upgrades and migrate organization data. Ensure licensing compliance for Windows Servers Systems. Changes and maintenance of Ping Federate as well update in the Ping Identity Software. Be in charge of virtualization products of VMWare and Nutanix HCI systems. Be in charge of plan, design, setup and manage Citrix environments. Install, upgrade and manage WSUS & TRELLIX instances. Implementation of virtualization architecture design. Conduct system audit reviews. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Qualifikationen Completed studies in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT-Systems Engineering or comparable. Knowledge about networking (TCP/IP, Firewalls etc.) for requesting necessary IP and subnet configuration and firewall rule activation. Very good skills in SQL, MS-Office and MS-Project. Fluent German and good English skills spoken and written. Erfahrung Several years of professional experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, MS-SQL, Virtualization (Citrix, VMWare) and Storage (NetApp, Q-SAN).
