IT Digital Workplace Solution Engineer

Deine Rolle im Team Manage and support Microsoft Teams Voice, including configuration and deployment. Work within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments to optimize voice and collaboration tools. Integrate MS Teams Voice with PSTN providers. Configure and maintain Session Border Controllers (SBCs). Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for end-users. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal security standards. Collaborate with other IT teams to continuously improve communication services. (Optional) Work with Unify systems - experience here is a plus. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Ausbildung A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Qualifikationen Strong expertise in M365, MS Entra ID (Azure AD), and Azure environments. Solid understanding of networking, VoIP, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and telecom fundamentals. A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams. Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect) - a plus, not a must.
