Deine Rolle im Team Axiom Technologies is a Global IT Services partner supporting medium to large-scale enterprises. We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery. Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in-person. Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and software applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (monitors, keyboards, docking stations, etc.). Set up and configure new employee workstations, including user accounts and permissions. Maintain asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation of IT equipment. Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees from a technical perspective. Support remote users with VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues. Collaborate with other IT teams on escalated issues or project-related tasks. Follow security protocols and assist with antivirus, patching, and data protection policies. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Ausbildung Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Qualifikationen Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts. Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or JIRA. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator. Erfahrung Hands-on experience in a desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician role. Experience with macOS or Linux environments. Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, or JAMF).
