Deine Rolle im Team As part of the Business Shared Application & Process Optimization team of Symrise's Group IT function, you will lead end-to-end transformation projects in the field of Master Data Management (MDM) and work closely with internal business stakeholders and the integrated SAP team to deliver innovative technological solutions for Master Data Life-Cycle Management, as well as SAP master and transaction data from various modules and sources. With primary accountability for the technical analysis, operation, process design, and configuration of the Master Data Governance (MDG) platform, you will work closely with the assigned Process Engineer and functional team to ensure the stability of the technical system landscape and the standardized reporting in a BI Platform environment. Primary responsibilities include: Develop customized and innovative concepts for process development, implementation, and testing in the MDM platform and related IT systems Analyze and optimize the system and data architecture, data flows, data integration and the corresponding interfaces Configure and extend MDG workflows to automate data validation, approvals, and change management processes, leveraging SAP Business workflow, or SAP workflow management Implement data governance and data integration solutions in the existing ERP landscape Develop applications to simplify or automate data management tasks, avoiding repetitive data maintenance while ensuring high data quality Manage Master Data Management (MDM)/Master Data Governance (MDG) projects from planning to execution and lead the assigned multidisciplinary project teams Provide advice and technical support to functional colleagues with comprehensive knowledge in Master Data Governance and SAP MDM tools Unsere Erwartungen an dich Ausbildung Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related qualification Qualifikationen Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to present analytical findings to various business teams Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills in an international, multicultural environment Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus Erfahrung At least 5 years of experience in Master Data Management/Enterprise Data Warehouse with expertise in implementing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), either in a similar Architect role in a corporate IT function or in SAP consulting Technical expertise in SAP ERP and experience in technical design and implementation of MDG solutions such as SAP MDG, Informatica, Stibo Systems, etc. Experience configuring, programming, debugging, and testing MDG solutions and understanding of data discrepancy troubleshooting Benefits Essen & Trinken 🍽 Kantine/Betriebsrestaurant Mehr Netto 👴🏻 Betr.
