Deine Rolle im Team Overall responsibility for IT operations with a focus on network and platform operations. Technical leadership, development and motivation of an interdisciplinary technical IT team. Ensuring highly available, secure and scalable network operations (applications, software, Docker, Kubernetes) for highly critical applications. Responsibility for setting up and operating all systems, client infrastructure and software, as well as SOC and service desk, among other things. Monitoring operational KPIs, SLA compliance and incident management. Close cooperation with product development, engineering and management for stable service delivery. Support and process assistance with second and third level support for client/server environments. Relevant management experience for larger IT operations teams, ideally in service- or carrier-oriented environments.
