Deine Rolle im Team You lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, coaching frontend, backend, and AI engineers to foster ownership, collaboration and excellence. You own the technical direction of distributed service architecture, guiding the team toward scalable, reliable and observable systems. You drive AI-powered software engineering to translate prototypes into reliable, safe and measurable agentic solutions. You guarantee seamless end-to-end consistency across the customer experience. You align stakeholders across divisions and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and scalable delivery. You are proficient in Java backend software engineering and familiar with AI and agentic coding. You champion operational excellence through observability, on-call culture and incident learning. You collaborate naturally across functions and international teams, aligning engineers, product owners and business stakeholders. You think with a business and product mindset, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. Erfahrung You bring proven experience in software engineering leadership managing complex architectures and production systems on AWS.
