Deine Rolle im Team You lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, coaching frontend, backend, and AI engineers to foster ownership, collaboration, and excellence. You own the technical direction of distributed service architectures on AWS, guiding the team toward scalable, reliable, and observable systems powered by Java and Python. You drive AI-powered customer service into production partnering with Data Science to translate prototypes into reliable, safe, and measurable agentic workflows. You guarantee seamless end-to-end consistency across the customer journey, integrating Salesforce Service Cloud, telephony, AI agent capabilities, and human escalation paths. You align stakeholders across divisions and collaborate with teams in Bangalore, Munich, and Lisbon to ensure smooth and scalable delivery. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Qualifikationen You have strong expertise in distributed system design, APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native delivery. You are proficient in Java and Python backend engineering and familiar with AI/ML in production, including LLM agents and evaluation pipelines. You champion operational excellence through SLOs, observability, on-call culture, and incident learning. You collaborate naturally across functions and international teams, aligning engineers, architects, product owners, data scientists, and business stakeholders. You think with a business and product mindset, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. Erfahrung You bring proven experience in software engineering leadership managing complex architectures and production systems on AWS.
