Deine Rolle im Team Drive the planning, structuring, and implementation of strategic digital initiatives together with internal partners and external stakeholders. Prepare concepts, strategic decision papers, and presentations for senior leadership and the Digital Transformation domain. Advance business development by engaging with key stakeholders both in the PHOENIX countries as well as the Competence Centers, assess new digital use cases and summarize results for CIO decision meeting. Engage in ad-hoc problem solving to resolve potential obstacles that may limit the timely delivery of digital initiatives. Review and evaluate the financial viability of strategic digital initiatives (e.g., tool-based value tracking) and create management reporting. Qualifikationen Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with a 'can do' attitude and the desire to shape Digital Transformation in PHOENIX. Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. High interest in digital technologies, AI trends, and their practical application in business. Proactive, structured, and independent working style, paired with strong team orientation. Excellent (top management-) communication skills, both verbal and written. Erfahrung Professional experience and proven track record in digital transformation, strategy, consulting, or innovation management.
