Managing and improving Kubernetes/EKS environments. Developing and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform/OpenTofu. Enhancing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Improving platform observability, monitoring and reliability. Supporting engineering teams with scalable internal tooling and developer platforms. Driving cloud security, IAM best practices and compliance standards within a regulated fintech environment. Contributing to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Qualifikationen Strong Kubernetes knowledge in enterprise or cloud-native environments. Comfortable working cross-functionally within lean engineering teams. Engineers who enjoy ownership, autonomy and solving complex infrastructure challenges. Erfahrung Strong DevOps, Platform Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure experience. Experience operating production AWS environments at scale. Experience within fintech, SaaS, regulated environments or fast-growth startups is highly beneficial.
