Deine Rolle im Team Technical responsibility in the proposal process - from requirements gathering and solution design through to the final technical proposal. Determination of costs and technical price definition. Effort estimation across the Plan, Build and Run phases. Calculation of infrastructure, license and operational costs. Derivation of technical pricing components and documentation of underlying assumptions. Alignment with sales, controlling, procurement and delivery to validate the overall calculation. Development of technical solution concepts in the areas of Managed Detection & Response (SIEM, SOC, EDR/XDR), Vulnerability Management, Identity & Access / Privileged Access Management. Customer interaction: conducting technical presentations, demos and workshops - remotely or on site. Creation of technical proposal documents and Statements of Work (SoWs) - formulated in a precise, structured and implementation-oriented manner. Close collaboration with Delivery to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handover into project execution. Consideration of compliance and security standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, BSI IT-Grundschutz, KRITIS, TISAX) in solution design and proposal preparation. Further development of the portfolio by contributing technical, market-related and customer-centric insights. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Ausbildung Completed degree in (Business) Informatics / Computer Science or a comparable technical qualification. Qualifikationen Solid knowledge in at least two of the following areas: SIEM / SOC technologies (e.g. Splunk, Sentinel), Endpoint Detection & Response (e.g. CrowdStrike, Defender for Endpoint), Vulnerability Management (e.g. Rapid7), Identity & Access / Privileged Access Management. Understanding of compliance, risk and security standards and their impact on technical solution architectures. Ability to present complex technical solutions in a structured way and translate them into proposals. Strong communication skills, sense of ownership and pronounced team spirit at the interface between Sales, Delivery and Controlling. C1 Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, B2 Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch. Erfahrung Several years of experience in the IT security environment, ideally in a technical presales, architecture or consulting role. Experience in preparing technical calculations and effort estimations (Excel-based).
