Deine Rolle im Team Manage and further develop configuration and change management processes within an aerospace engineering environment. Ensure accurate, traceable, and compliant handling of technical design and product data. Maintain and optimize configuration data structures and workflows within the PLM landscape. Support and advise internal teams in the use of Siemens Teamcenter and related configuration processes. Coordinate and control engineering changes while assessing their impact on projects and operations. Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management guidelines, procedures, and standards. Lead and coordinate a small configuration management team. Support internal and external audits within a regulated aviation environment. Organize change control activities and coordinate technical data exchange with suppliers and partners. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Ausbildung Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Qualifikationen Strong understanding of regulated development environments and EASA/DOA requirements. Good knowledge of IT service and process frameworks, especially ITIL. Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with strong process understanding. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in international teams. English C1. Erfahrung Several years of experience in configuration management, PLM, or engineering change management within the aerospace industry. Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter and ideally SAP ERP. Experience leading or coordinating small technical teams.
