Deine Rolle im Team We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our team in Ingolstadt. In this role, you will play a key part in testing and validating cutting-edge automotive technologies. You will work closely with the OEM, either on-site or from our company office. Testing, validation, and verification of vehicle electronics prototypes (SW & HW) on HiL systems or test benches. Analysis of customer specifications and requirements. Design and implementation of test specifications. Implementation and further development of test automation concepts (using EXAM, dSPACE ControlDesk). Execution of test cases (manual and primarily automated). Analysis and/or retesting of bugs/defects including creation and revision of defect tickets. Maintenance and optimization of test automation; debugging of scripts. Working within a Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environment. Collaboration and communication with other engineers and specialist departments. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Ausbildung Completed degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable educational background. Qualifikationen Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks/tools: Vector, CAPL, EXAM, dSPACE ControlDesk. Proficient in working with measurement and analysis tools: CANoe, Analyzer, CANape, INCA, ODIS, IDEX. ISTQB Foundation Level certification. Strong analytical thinking and structured working approach. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Proficiency in both English and German is required. Erfahrung Several years of experience in test script programming (e.g. Python, Groovy) for test case creation. Experience in the development and execution of test cases on HiL platforms, particularly dSPACE and Vector. Solid experience with bus systems: Ethernet, CAN, LIN, FlexRay. Experience with test management tools: DOORS/Codebeamer, Jira, KPM, Confluence.
