Deine Rolle im Team As an Applied Data Scientist, you will drive smart product development and portfolio management by designing data-driven tools and solutions. Implementing advanced machine learning techniques and data modeling. Leading customer projects and contributing to R&T's digital strategy. Enhancing the digital platform PropheSY and supporting innovation initiatives. Aligning data science strategies with Group IT and advising on R&T requirements. Coordinating stakeholder needs and promoting best practices across teams. Supporting both cloud and on-premises solutions with scalable, efficient models. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Ausbildung Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience. Qualifikationen Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning. Basic knowledge of DevOps (Git, Docker, Bash). Familiarity with ModelOps tools (e.g., MLFlow) is a plus. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficient in German is highly desirable. Open to new technologies and ideas. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Background in the flavor or food industry is a strong advantage. Erfahrung Experience in data science within a research and technology environment. Experience with Databricks, R, or KNIME.
