Du arbeitest eng mit Teams zusammen, um KI-Funktionen in moderne Anwendungen zu integrieren. Deine Rolle im Team Design and implement innovative AI services to enhance the user experience across our global SaaS portfolio. Build, fine-tune, and deploy NLP and LLM applications (e.g., entity resolution, intelligent search, document understanding). Optimize provisioning of AI services for performance and scalability across a growing international customer base. Leverage observability tools and user/system data to generate actionable insights and continuously improve platform intelligence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features into modern, cloud-native applications. Unsere Erwartungen an dich Qualifikationen Practical knowledge of LLMs, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and structured output generation. Containerization expertise using Docker or similar tools for model packaging, deployment, and scalability. Exposure to multi-lingual NLP or handling diverse text data is nice to have. Previous work on ESG or compliance-related applications is a plus. Erfahrung Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the AI field. Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with key Python packages for machine learning and data science. Production experience with NLP solutions, including transformer-based models, entity recognition, and classification tasks. Recent hands-on experience with modern NLP approaches is highly valued-even if this isn't your primary specialization.
